Ruba Najjar is a highly experienced Senior Clinical Embryologist with over 16 years of expertise in IVF and assisted reproductive technology. She began her embryology career at Farah Hospital in Jordan, later progressing to senior embryology roles in leading fertility centers across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
She worked with Saad Hospital and Sulaiman Habib Hospital in Saudi Arabia before relocating to Dubai to support the launch of a new fertility clinic. She later joined Bourn Hall Fertility Clinic in 2018, where she continues to contribute to advanced IVF laboratory services and patient outcomes.
Ruba is recognized for her expertise in laboratory quality systems, embryo handling, genetic testing support, and continuous professional development. She also actively contributes to scientific learning and research in reproductive medicine.
